How to Claim Your Items
Follow these simple steps to claim your item (TAP THE BOXES)
Purchase Your Item
Once you have ordered what you would like check your email for a confirmation email. This will let you know if your order went through. After verifying click on the chat button on the bottom right of the screen.
Chat With A Helper
Once in the chat menu leave your order number and Roblox username. The response time may vary but is guaranteed within 8 hours.
Claiming The Items
Once you have gotten in contact with the assistant, you will be added on Roblox. You will get a message similar to "Sent a friend request, join me". Join Jailbreak trading and claim your items.
